How it works
Retrieve the right passages
Hybrid retrieval combines semantic (dense) and keyword (BM25) search, fuses the results with reciprocal rank fusion, then reranks to surface the strongest 3–5 chunks.
Ground the answer
The assistant writes only from those retrieved chunks and attaches a citation to each claim, so the reply is traceable back to your content.
Let visitors verify
Citations render inline in the widget. A reader can follow any one to the original page, building trust instead of asking them to take the answer on faith.
