How it works
Find the right passages
Every question runs two searches over your content: a semantic search on pgvector embeddings for meaning and a Postgres full-text search for exact terms. Reciprocal rank fusion merges the two rankings, and only the top-ranked chunks go to the model.
Answer from those passages
The assistant is told to write only from the passages it found and to say so when they don't answer the question. That keeps replies tied to your content. It is not a guarantee, so test it on your real questions before launch.
Check any answer
Open a conversation in your dashboard to see the answer and the pages it used. If a page is wrong or missing, fix it and the next answer improves.
