How to add CertifChat to Shopify

- Sign up for CertifChat and point it at your Shopify store URL so it can index your product, policy, and help pages.
- Copy your embed snippet from the Widget page in the CertifChat dashboard.
- In Shopify, go to Online Store → Themes → Edit code, open theme.liquid, and paste the snippet just before the closing </body> tag, then save.
