Alternative
The CustomGPT alternative that answers from your docs
CustomGPT builds chatbots from your documents. CertifChat is built for small support teams: a confidence score on every answer, a playground to test answers before launch, a log of what it couldn't answer, and prepaid credits with a cap you set.
Why teams look for a CustomGPT alternative
These are the neutral reasons people start shopping, not knocks against the tool.
- You want a confidence score on each answer, and unsure questions sent to your inbox when you turn hand-off on.
- You'd like to rehearse the assistant against real questions inside the product before publishing.
- You prefer prepaid credit plans with clearly published allotments and a spend limit you control.
- You want to see which questions went unanswered, so you know which page to write next.
Where CertifChat stands out
- A confidence score on every answer, with optional email hand-off when it's unsure.
- Your dashboard shows which pages each answer used.
- Built-in test and simulation playground to validate answers before go-live.
- Knowledge gaps: every question it couldn't answer well, with one click to add the answer.
- Prepaid credit plans (Starter 3,000, Growth 10,000, Scale 40,000 credits per month) with a user-set auto-recharge limit.
- Shadow-DOM widget with per-account branding and an origin allowlist.
